Cooper won 20 or more games in 1942, 1943 and 1944, making him one of three pitchers in team history with 20 wins in three straight seasons. A two-time NL All-Star, Cooper ranks third in franchise history in shutouts (28) and fourth in winning percentage (.677). He ranks second in World Series games started (6) and innings pitched (45.0). Inducted in 2019.”
